My list is finally more than halfway done, and the good news is that the last two parts are fast on their way! But first, we've got part three, and this is probably the part that caused me the most trouble, as the list is starting to get to a point where they're all albums I genuinely think are top 25 or even top 10 material, but I can still only have 25 albums in my top 25.
